It's good to be back! And what better way to start off this lovely Fall day with some food and some funny?

For example, take this head-scratching pic from The Food Network Magazine:

Guy Fieri Sausage

This is what I like to call a classic Photobomb: similar to a letterbomb in that it seems innocent at first, but once you take a closer look and open it…you're done. So for those of you who don't know, this is Guy Fieri, one of The Food Network's most recent mega-stars. If you don't know who he is, I will assume you live in a hut in Djibouti with no connection to the outside world because this guy is EVERYWHERE. He hosts like 17 shows on The Food Network (actually 4) and he's in a bunch of commercials as T.G.I. Friday's spokesperson.

Now back to the picture. What the hell is going on here?? Ok clearly he's making sausage, which is all well and good, but this is just bad judgment on the magazine's part. This type of pic is only appropriate when taken with a cell phone and sent to all of your friends with a suggestive caption – not finished in high-gloss for a national food magazine. And I happen to like Guy Fieri; his show "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" has given me reason to believe in New Jersey again (as if The Real Housewives weren't enough), so it's sad to see him here in this sausagefest. Silver lining: photoshop this pic with Giada in place of Guy and there you have next month's cover.
