I love cupcakes. This is a somewhat recent addiction, as I was never a sweets-lover, in fact I tend to gravitate more towards salt, but lately something about those fluffy cakes and their creamy frosting has me salivating.
Take for example, Baked by Melissa's teeny tiny cupcakes. These things are so small, they're a perfect bite and they come in all different kinds of flavors and fillings like S'mores and PB&J. S'mores is a chocolate cake filled with marshmallow icing and chocolate topped with an itty bitty piece of graham cracker. PB&J is a golden cake filled with jam (I LOVE jam) and topped with a swirl of peanut butter. So cute.

The great thing about these is that they'll satisfy your sweeth tooth without making you feel too guilty because of their dimunitive size. That said, they can be a little addictive, so if you can manage to eat just one, then I commend you.
