Tuesday Tastes: Eataly Part 2

So what did I buy from my trip to Eataly? How nice of you to ask. I bought (and made) the following..

Eataly meat cheese 
Classic baguette from La Panetteria, prosciutto, and fresh mozzarella.

Eataly prosciutto melon 
So I made some prosciutto-wrapped melon.

Eataly pancetta bread 1 
Here's that ridonkulous pancetta-provolone bread..

And I made some sliced mozzarella and tomato with fresh basil. Please ignore my moms 1970's plates..
