Table Farm Coming to Bayside, Queens

HOLLER. My hometown is moving on up in the world, the foodie world! Valentino's On The Green, the Italian/American restaurant that is housed in Rudolph Valentino's former home will be launching The Shared Table Farm, a development by chef Don Pintabona that aims to demonstrate and teach various types of farming for the advancement of urban food production. The project is still in it's early stages, but you can read more about it here. I'm kind of hoping they come up with a menu based off of the farm ingredients à la Blue Hill at Stone Barns..
