Bites From The John Dory Oyster Bar

I have posted about this place before, but that’s because it’s just so damn good! I visited for lunch again last week and took some gorgeous pictures that I thought I’d share. Just in case you weren’t hungry enough already..

Burrata cheese with toasted cauliflower and oil. Amazing.

The raw bar here is fantastic, but I’m not a huge oyster fan, so I went with a classic lobster roll instead. I am very happy I did because it was delicious – lobster chunks, mayo, celery, sea salt and dill on a toasted buttered roll..

Lobster Roll Perfection

Lastly, we tried one of the specials, which was a root vegetable hash with potatoes, red pepper sauce, garlic and onions. It was savory with a hint of sweetness from the roasted garlic and peppers..

Mmm hash.
