Commerce Launches Tavern Menu Tomorrow

Have you ever had one of those crazy-hectic Saturdays where you want to sit down for a quick bite, but it's not brunch, it's not lunch, it's not dinner…yet you might want  dinner? Or brunch?? I know you're thinking "diners have anything you want at all times." Yes, but do they have spaghetti carbonara with coddled egg yolk? Southern-style fried chicken with coleslaw and buttermilk biscuits? Or how about a selection of fresh cheeses? No, I'm afraid the closest thing that diners have to that is chicken fingers and cottage cheese.

Thankfully, Commerce has acknowledged the problem. They are launching their "Tavern Menu" tomorrow, and it will be served from 12-5 pm every Saturday. Staples from Commerce's regular menu are included (20-herb salad w/Manchego cheese and lemon) as well as comfort food staples like the braised beef short-rib sandwich with caramelized onions. You may not have enough hours in the day on Saturday, but you'll have enough food in your stomach. The full Tavern Menu is pasted below.
