Yes, there is such a thing as Buffalo Hot Dogs. They come from a land called Brooklyn. BECAUSE OF COURSE THEY DO.
Buffalo hot dogs are available from Brooklyn Hot Dog Co, and they’re so perfect in this easy appetizer. A blend of chicken and pork, spiced with a hint of buffalo sauce, and topped with blue cheese. I also really love the bowl of Frank’s Red Hot in the middle for dipping. You can lighten up that heat by adding some mayo or some butter, but what can I say? Some like it hot.
You can obviously switch the meat/cheese mixture up to meet (or meat) your preference. Brooklyn Hot Dog Co has Pepperoni dogs too! So you could do a little bit of marinara on the crescents, top with shredded mozz cheese, then the hot dogs, and dunk in some more marinara for a Pizza Pig in a Blanket!
Ingredients below, but this video explains the directions better than words ever could. So that’s why I made it.
You’re welcome.

- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
