Here’s a fun fact some of you may not know about me:
I used to intern for Howard Stern.
I know…give it a moment to process. I was in college and one of my friends dared me to apply. They hired me basically the next day. WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN. ON A DARE?!
But I digress.
What does this have to do with steak? Well, the Sirius XM studios share a building with Del Friscos, the steakhouse near Rockefeller Center. So, I used to frequent this place for lunch pretty often (I think I had more money as an unpaid intern than I do now, working full time for myself, but thats neither here nor there), then when Del Frisco’s Grille opened, I fell in love.
Del Frisco’s Grille is the more casual version of Del Frisco’s – it’s a super popular spot for business meetings over lunch. And steak. Because what’s a business meeting over lunch if it doesn’t come with a steak? A MEETING NOT WORTH HAVING, I SAY.
Ok, please read on for the new menu redesign and items. Obviously some of these are not “new” but I can’t go to DF Grille and not get the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls. It would be a huge life mistake to do that.
