Once again, I will use another made up social media holiday as an excuse to give you some of my favorite pasta recommendations. The below are in no particular order, but you should know that my personal faves are the pomodoro pasta from Scarpetta, the lasagna from Don Angie, and literally any pasta from La Pecora Bianca – the gramigna pasta with sausage, broccolini, garlic and chili flakes…to die for.
