Some of My Favorite Amazon Home Finds

Every time I get something cool or helpful, I tell myself I’m going to share it and then I never do because I’m so wrapped up in Instagram algorithms that I forget there are other ways to share things. And would ya look at that…I have a blog!

There’s probably going to be more of these lists in the future because I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff – but these were the top 5 off the top of my head from the last few months. Lmk if you liked it and want to see more!

Let’s get into it.

Favorite Amazon Home Finds 2025

THIS jar/bottle opener thing has actually changed my life.

I’m not exaggerating. I have arthritis in my hands and wrist from photography/extensive cell phone use (social media management and content is my job, it’s not as pathetic as it sounds), and I live alone. Opening jars and bottles is sometimes SO difficult that I have to wait til a friend comes over or I literally bring it down to my doorman. UNTIL NOW.

This came up on my Amazon a few months ago, I don’t even remember what I was searching for, but it is a life saver. If you or someone you know has issues with this too, especially an elderly parent or grandparent, it’s a great tool to have.

These self-closing toothpaste cover-caps.

I may be alone in this, but I believe that a product marketed towards kids is code for: it will make your life simpler. I don’t care what age you are, that shit is important. My life has gotten a LOT simpler/better since I discovered some of these items that are technically meant for kids.

These toothpaste covers are made of silicone, and you just replace the regular cap with it, squeeze it out, and then it self closes. Genius. One handed operation! Yes, sometimes it will get a little dried up toothpaste on top but you can literally peel it off or wipe it off with water. It’s NOTHING like trying to clean dried toothpaste that’s stuck onto the tube and under the cap and then trying to close the cap. They also work for things like Neosporin too.

These straw/tube cleaners.

I’m sure people use them for other things too, but I use them to clean my reusable straws that come with my tumbler. It comes in a set of 10 and in a range of sizes, so you can use them for cleaning anything in those hard to reach places in your appliances. Looking at you, humidifier.

These silicone “food huggers.”

You know when you have half of an avocado, half of an onion, or half of a lemon that you’re not using just yet, so you just throw it in a ziploc bag? Well you can stop all that waste with these! I am obsessed and use them literally all the time. They come in different sizes, but this is the pack I have and I use the large one for avocados, the next size down for onions, and the other two for lemons and tomatoes.

This coffee/tea warmer.

Before I get into the magic that is this product, I bought this Mr. Coffee version for my mom for Christmas a year ago, and she never used it because she is stuck in her ways. She likes to walk to the microwave and warm up her coffee several times per hour, especially when she’s talking to me on the phone so the beeping of the microwave goes off while we’re talking. But I digress. So I took it and kept it for myself.

I like the Mr. Coffee one but it PALES in comparison to my new one, mainly for 2 reasons. 1 – the coating on the base starts to peel pretty quickly after using it, revealing the aluminum base which makes it look kinda janky/like it’s scratched. 2 – it only has one heat setting and it keeps it warm, not hot. This new one can actually REHEAT my coffee or tea when it’s on the high setting, which was really impressive. It’s also sleek-looking and has an LED display for the temperature as well as 5 different ambient light modes. Obsessed and can’t recommend it enough.

      Love this coffee/tea warmer!
      Food huggers!
