Easy, delicious Greek yogurt mixed with shredded cucumbers, garlic, dill, and lemon.
Author: Dara

  • 2 Large Cucumbers shredded/grated
  • 2 cups Fage Greek Yogurt Total, full fat
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dill chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Olive Oil optional, for garnish

  • Peel the cucumbers, then grate or shred them and place in a mesh strainer over a bowl. Push down with your hands to get as much moisture out as you can. Cover the top with a paper towel and place in the fridge for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
  • While the cucumbers are drying, add the Greek yogurt, chopped garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and Kosher salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Remove the cucumbers from the fridge and push down into the strainer again with your hands to release any excess liquid. Add cucumbers to the yogurt mixture and stir together. Taste to adjust seasoning and drizzle with olive oil (if you want). Serve with pita chips, veggies, fish, meat, whatever your heart desires!
