At least it's not April 15th. In honor of the new series of Top Chef Just Desserts, OpenTable is hosting Free Dessert Day on September 15th at select restaurants in the NYC area. Just make your reservation online (using OpenTable, obviously) at one of the participating restaurants like Aureole, David Burke Townhouse, 'inoteca, Kittichai, Tanuki Tavern and Klee, and you'll get a free dessert. You get one dessert per every two people at your table, and you have to order at least one entree. Wow. One whole entree for two people. They really make it hard for you.
