The Japanese hot dog stand made very famous in Vancouver is coming to an NYC street near you! I'm so excited. I have never tried these Japadogs, but my god do they look like umami-heaven on little pillows of hot dog bun deliciousness. The dogs are made from traditional beef, veggie or pork, but there's also bratwurst, kurobuta pork, jalapeno and cheese (yum?!), and kobe beef is coming soon too. Toppings range from seaweed and teriyaki sauce, to bonito flakes, fried cabbage and japanese mayo. Sounds intriguing..
